Igor Borovikov – chairman of the Board of Directors of Softline

In 1981 he entered the Moscow State University named after M.V. Lomonosov, the faculty of Computational Mathematics and Cybernetics.

In 1986 he graduated from the Moscow State University and started postgraduate studies.

From 1989 to 1992 he worked in the system of the Academy of Science. A candidate of physical and mathematical sciences. The author of over 30 scientific works.

Since 1993 – the General Director of Softline. Since 2008 – the chairman of the Board of Directors. Under his management Softline became an IT company of the global scale, present in more than 20 countries of the world, reached the leading positions in the area of licensing of software and provision of related services – IT education, consulting, legal and technical support, IT outsourcing in Russia.

Since 2009 Igor Borovikov is a member of the Presidium of the All-Russian public organization for small and medial entrepreneurship «OPORA ROSSII», the head of the Committee for Information Technologies. In 2010 he entered the top 25 most successful and efficient managers of the business in the years 2008-2009 within the framework of the fifth project «The best managers of Russian IT companies» arranged by the editorial office of CRN/RE.

Ruslan Belousov – Softline Trade CEO

In 1991 graduated from Moscow Aviation Institute, Department of Aircraft Radioelectronics (FRELA), Radio Engineering major. In 2003 graduated from National Economy Academy, where he participated in the "Technological management" presidential program. In 2005 graduated from "Management of Innovative Projects, Investments and Risks" MBA program of National Economy Academy.

In 1999 he begins working for Softline as a sales manager. Two years later promoted to chief of sales department. Since 2003 he had beed Softline's director of sales. He was at the head of creating the system structure of the sales department and achieveing fenomenal software sales results - the company's turnover increased by 10 times in three years and in 2007 it reached the level of $292 millions.

Ruslan Belousov played a significant part in Softline's success in leading Russian IT-market and one of the foremost companies in softare licensing.

Ruslan is Softline Trade's CEO since 2008.
Eroshin Aleksey – Softline Solutions CEO

Graduated the Lomonosov Moscow State University in 1994 majoring in mechanics and mathematics. In 1997 took his degree in Physics and Mathematics.

Aleksey was awarded with "Peter the First" medal of International Society and Nature Sciences Academy for "Revival of science and economics in Russia". In 2004 came to Softline as SAP Business One Development Director to be promoted 3 years later to Softline Solutions CEO. Under his leadership Softline became the Russian leader in implementing SAP solutions for SMB and recieved a SAP Gold Channel Partner status.

His hobbies are raftingm horse riding and ballet dancing.
Kuznetsov Alexandr – Softline Education General Director

In 2007 graduated from the Surgut Institute of world economy and business, Finances and Credit major, with honours and was given a qualification of Economist.

In 2009 joined Softline as the Head of the regional office in Khanty-Mansi Autonomous Area – Yugra. The work of the regional office was started from scratch under his direction. One of the major goals of the branch office was to provide the clients with quality and professional service in the field of the software licensing. Another crucial mission of the new office is rendering assistance to the rising level of development of IT- infrastructure in the regional companies by providing the training services for technical specialists and users, development and adoption of new solutions services, maintenance and regular information events. There were achieved perfect results during his job at this post.

In autumn 2010 he held office of Softline Education General Manager. Business targets: to provide the solid growth and development of Softline Education. During his job in the company he acquired a reputation as a competent and talented leader.

Mikhail Pribochy – CEO of Axoft

In 2000 he graduated from the Academy of the Federal Security Service of the Russian Federation with a degree in Datacom Networks. He has obtained a long-term job experience at the IT-market and has for the long run worked for the development of distribution in Russia and CIS-countries. From 2000 till 2003 he was working for government institutions in the sphere of information security. In 2003 having left public office Mikhail headed the information security sector in a reputed system integrator – “IT” company. In 2005 he was promoted to the title of Deputy Business Development Director in APL company as of the moment representing the interests of Trend Micro corporation in Russia and CIS-countries on part of business development and establishment of distribution channels. In 2007 – 2009 Mikhail worked in the Associates Distribution company as a Distribution Director. As of early 2010 he was assigned a job of CEO in the Axoft company.
Algazin Victor – Softline Sales Director

Victor began working in Softline after graduating from Moscow State Aviation Technology University's "Aircraft Engine Technology" department in 2002. In 2004 he was named the head of regional business development department. His skillfull leadership allowed regional sales to develop into full-grown business network. Victor's hobbies are skiing and adventure holidays.
Tremzin Oleg – Softline EPG Sales Director

Graduated in 2001 from Moscow State University of Commerce, department of external trade. In 2002 he joined Softline as a large corporate clients manager. Since 2005 his division grew into an independent department with 60% more employees. The department's focused now on industry, finance, telecommunication, retail and fast moving consumer goods sectors as well as public sector and global clients.
Ilyicheva Svetlana – Softline Innovation Projects Director

Svetlana graduated from Moscow Power Engineering Institute in 1996, department of applied mathematics. She got her degree in physics and mathematics. In 2000 Svetlana began working for Softline science software department. Since 2004 she has been the head of the innovative projects department which launches and develops promising projects and creates web-projects for Softline Group divisions as well as creating web-projects for Softline Group divisions and conducting promotion events.
Roman Agafonov – Director for Internet Business Development

In 1999 he graduated from the department of Robotics and Comprehensive Automation of MSTU named after N.E. Bauman with a degree in Computer-aided Production Automation Systems . In 2001 he finished studying in the Russian Academy of Economics named after G.V. Plekhanov with a degree in World Econom”. In 2003 he was hired by Softline company as a Web-project Manager in the Innovative Projects Department. In 2009 he became the company Director for Web-Business Development. He supervises the design and development of various web-projects of Softline Company, manages web-marketing operations and special projects.
Kuznetzova Irina – Director for Electronic Distribution

Has graduated with honor Geographical Department of MSU named after Lomonosov (MGU Imeni Lomonosova). Major – “Economical geography”. She has been working in Softline since 2004 starting from the marketing manager position. In 2006 has been promoted to the position of Allsoft.ru online-shop director. In 2011 she has been promoted to the Director for Electronic Distribution and has been in charge of the entire Softline online-sales.
Gnusina Elena – Softline Financial director

Graduated from cybernetics department of Tomsk State Polytechnic University in 1982 and got her bachelor of management degree in Kamsk Polytechnic Institute in 1996. In 1996 Elena graduated from financial management department of National Economy Academy. She began her work in Softline in 2003 as a chief accountant. At that time all financial activity in Softline was performed by two divisions - accounting department and department of planning and economics. The new financial department with ten times more employees was created under her direction. For five years Elena has been organazing management accounting, budgeting, financial prognostication, accounts receivable management and loan reserves. At present she works on bringing Softline's reports in conformity with international financial reporting standarts and assisting foreign auditors inspect the reports. She's proud of her achivemnts in the field of self-actualization and taking care of her family and daughter.
Grachev Kirill – Softline Marketing Director

In 2000 Kirill graduated from Moscow State University, department of sociology, where he was reading lectures on this subject. Has been working for Softline since 2003 - first as a marketing manager than as a Softline marketing department director.

He's fond of sports (football) and Serbia.
Razuvaev Vladimir – LCA Director

Vladimir graduated in 2003 from Eletsk State University and got his degree at State and Law Institute of Russian Academy of Sciences . After successfully defending his thesis entiteled "Legal ways of opposing information wars" he got his PhD in law. He built the company's legal department structure, created a new division - Softline Legal Support which imlements software asset management legal support and offers legal consulting in the field of software utilization. Vladimir's hobbies are reading and music.
Kudryavtzev Valentin – Softline Consulting Director

Graduated from department of informatics and control systems, Moscow State Technical University. His major was computer system engineering. In 2003 he came to Softline as a Microsoft solutions center CEO. With his help the center transformed into Softline consulting services department focusing on system consulting.
Stepanov Andrey – Chief of Softline Education Project Development

In 1983 graduated from instrument making dapertment of Moscow State University, computers major. From 1995 till 1998 was a member of International Association for Continuing Engineering Education (IACEE). Andrey has a number of IBM AS/400 certificates. He joined the Softline team in 2002 as a NIIT project manager and was later promoted to reginal education project director. Since 2004 till present he's been Softline's Chief of Education Project Development. He lead a team project with National Institute of Information Technology (India) and opened NIIT centers in Russia and CIS. His main responsabilities include developing relations with vendors, supporting Microsoft IT Academy project in Russia and CIS (250 academies open at present and another 1000 are to be founded in three years).

Andrey's hobbies are photography, biking, skiing and music.
Shirshov Dmitriy – Softline Quality Director

In 1997 graducated from Ulyanovsk State Technical University, department of machinery engineering. In 2008 he came to Softline as a quality director. He's working on putting to use a new management system in Softline that will rapidly and flexibly respond to internal and external changes and improve company's business processes and manager-divisions coordination. He's also planning on recieving the ISO 9001:2000 certification in one of the internationl organizations to be able prove any time any place that Softline's management structure in efficient and highly-standarted. Dmitry's hobbies are cars, travelling, family vacation, reading and cross-country forest skiing. He likes to find practical use of his skills.
Kotusov Vladislav – Softline Technical Director

In 2002 graduated from Moscow State Aviation Technological University and in the same year came to Softline as a media engineer. After 5 years of system engineering in 2007 Vladislav was promoted to the post of Softline Chief Information Officer. Vladislav sets for himself as the key object - building and maintenance of an innovative, reliable and secure IT infrastructure all over the Company to contribute to its steady growth and development.

As for Vladislav's hobbies, among them there are sports, movies, music, cars and travelling.
Irina Krivenkova – Softline Services Director

She graduated from the National Research Nuclear University MEPhI, Department of Applied Nuclear Physics, as an Engineer Physicist in 1999. Her career in Softline began in 2003 from a Manager working with big corporate clients. Later on Irina headed FMCG Department and Retail, and had become one of the most successful Manager in working with an enterprise segment. Softline Services Department was established under the guidance of Irina in 2010. It unites Softline Competence Centers, as well as a number of business areas of the company which provide services. The main objective pursued by Softline Services - providing customers the full range of services for the construction and effective operation of IT infrastructure. Hobbies: logical games and tasks, parachuting, puzzles.
Povolotzkaya Tatyana – Softline Services Deputy Director for sales support

Tatyana was born in Vuktyl (Komi Republic), lived and studied in Grozny, Ulyanovsk, Simpheropol and Moscow. Graduated from Ulyanovsk University, Economics major. In March 2001 she joined the Softline team as an education center manager. In 2003 became the education center director. She has been working at education center from the very beginning creating it step by step with her colleagues. Now the center has over 100 employees in 15 cities. Her business goal is to become and remain the number one education center in Russia.

Natalia Likhodievskaya – Softline HR Director

Graduated from the Moscow Hydrotechnology Institute (currently the Academy of Environmental Engineering) in 1985 as an industrial engineer; in 1992, completed a course of postgraduate studies. Natalia Likhodievskaya is a holder of several patents and certificates of invention. In 1996, she graduated from the Moscow Management Academy as a HR manager. In February 2011, became employee of Softline Group. Pursues the objective of creating a HR management system, which would enable the Company to become the IT market leader; also, creating and maintaining the Softline HR-brand to attract the best employees to the Company.

Hobbies: International draughts (Candidate Master), canine handling, traveling.
Elena Alekseeva – Investments Director

Elena joined Softline in 2009 as a Director of Investor Relations. Since 2010 Elena holds the position of Investments Director. 2003 – 2009 – Elena is a Commercial Director in the «Altair» Group of Companies. Graduate of The State university of Management, in 2006 Elena received PhD in economics; in 2008 she received an MBA from California State University (Hayward). Specialization – finance.
Yuliya Kurysheva – Head of Allsoft Online-Shop

In 2004 she has decided to move to Softline after getting experience in multimedia companies. Since 2006 she has been heading the sales dept. of Allsoft, since 2011 – she’s the director of Allsoft. She holds the Russian State Trade-Economy University diploma in the field of Management and Trade.
