The International Bank of Azerbaijan is one of the largest credit institutions in the country, having 36 branches and 95 points of service. The client needed to ensure prompt communication between the employees of all branches and reduce the time to solve tasks by providing shared document access to all the employees from portable or non-portable devices. The client also needed to configure the IT service in accordance with the corporate security requirements.
Softline specialists audited the Bank's IT infrastructure and offered the client to migrate to Microsoft Office 365, as solution that includes the latest version of local Office apps and a unified administration center, reducing the costs by using up to 15 user devices in one subscription.
Softline engineers and the specialists of the client's IT Department and Security Department have deployed Office 365 without any interruptions in the critical IT services, configured the user authorization and provided the app access to the employees.
The project was implemented in accordance with the security standards of the bank. When the Softline specialists completed the process configuration, they trained the IT personnel of the client on how to utilize the services and provide related technical support.
As a result of Office 365 implementation, the bank employees have received the tools for the prompt and comfortable operation, thus increasing the business process efficiency. One of the most important project benefits is the access to corporate files from any devices and any location.
