In 2022, Softline Group’s management made a strategic decision to split the company into Russian and international businesses. As a result, Softline Group (Russia) and Noventiq (global holding) were formed. Each company established its own teams, strategies and development areas.
Operating independently from each other, the companies also have different share capital structures.
Since the business split, each company has been consistently building its own management system. One of these changes was the renewal of the leadership team: in April 2024, Rashid Ismailov was appointed Chairman of the Board of Directors of PJSC Softline.
