Consent to the processing of personal data

By this consent you confirm that you have been informed that processing of personal data provided by you may be carried out to achieve the following purpose: fulfillment of Softline's obligations under orders, contracts and other obligations accepted by Softline as mandatory for fulfillment before You. For the specified purpose Softline implements a complex of actions aimed at performing the following tasks:

• identification of a party within the scope of providing Services;
• provision of personalized Services to the user;
• improvement of the quality of Services and development of new ones;
• conducting statistical and other research based on anonymized data;
• providing user personal data to software rights holders, distributors or resellers for software registration in the name of the user or organization represented by the user;
• providing Website users with safe and convenient functionality for its use, effective display of information;
• effective fulfillment of orders, contracts and other obligations accepted by Softline as mandatory for fulfillment before the user;
• processing of Website user questions (including via WhatsApp and Telegram messengers);
• registration of Website users for events;
• registration of Softline clients/partners in the service desk system for subsequent technical support;
• carrying out and/or fulfillment of functions, powers and duties imposed by Russian Federation legislation on Softline.

This consent applies to the following personal data: surname, first name, patronymic, date of birth, delivery address; contact phone, company information, position, fax number, mobile phone number, email address, country, city, region of residence, bank card information (number, CVV, surname and first name in Latin script, year and month of card expiry).

The term of validity of your consent is limited to the period required to achieve the purpose of processing personal data, unless another period of storage of personal data is established by current legislation, however, you have the right at any time to withdraw this consent by sending a written notice to the address: 115114, Moscow, Derbenevskaya Embankment, 7, business quarter "Novospassky", building 8, to PAO "Softline", marked "withdrawal of consent to processing of personal data". Deletion of your personal data will be performed by Softline within 30 days from the date of receipt of this notice.

Softline guarantees compliance with the following rights of the personal data subject: the right to obtain information on what personal data of the personal data subject is stored by Softline; the right to delete, clarify or correct personal data stored by Softline; other rights established by current Russian Federation legislation.

Please note that withdrawal of your consent to processing of personal data results in deletion of your account from the Website (www.softline.ru), as well as destruction of records containing your personal data in Softline's personal data processing information systems, which may make it impossible to use Softline's Internet services.
