In 2022, Softline's management made a strategic decision to split the company into Russian and international businesses. This resulted in the creation of Softline (Russia) and Noventiq (a global holding company). Each company developed its own teams, strategies, and development directions. The companies, while operating independently, also have different shareholder structures.
Since the separation of their businesses, each company has consistently built its own governance system. One of these changes was a change in the management team: in April 2024, Rashid Ismailov was appointed Chairman of the Board of Directors of Softline PJSC, and Yulia Solovyova, who had held this position since February 2023, left the board.
